  • Are you a hotel, a B & B or a residence?
    Well, we are all of them! We are a 22-rooms 4 star hotel, located in a private residence.
    We offer rooms with breakfast and we have some apartments too, for short or long stays.
  • Do you have a restaurant?
    No, but we are 5 minutes walking from all restaurants in the area.
  • Can you recommend some restaurant?
    Of course, upon your arrival we will show you a MAP located in the surrounding area, where restaurants we recommend are highlighted
  • Do you have free Wi-fi?
    Yes, in all the rooms and in the common areas, outside in the gardens as well!
  • Do you have a bar?
    Yes, we have a garden bar open all day until midnight, where you can enjoy a good glass of local bier or wine overlooking our pool
  • Do you have a swimming pool?
    Yes, and it’s big, where you can really swim! We share pool and gardens with “Ulivi Residence”, where some families lives permanently. Keeping a safe environment, tidy and clean, is something we really care about. Inside the pool area there are some simple rules to respect, that we will explain you together with all check-in info.
  • How deep is the pool?
    Is it suitable for children? It is 1.50 high, and has some steps for easy access. Being all on the same level, it is not particularly suitable for children under 1.50 in height, unless they are equipped with arm rests or life jackets.
  • When does the pool open?
    From May to October.
  • Do you accept animals?
    Yes, pets are always welcome, in rooms with private garden or terrace.
  • Are you by the lake?
    Exactly, in front of the lake, the promenade of Paratico is only one minutes walking
  • All your rooms are overlooking the lake?
    No, our rooms are: 6 Superior rooms with terrace and lake view 6 Superior rooms with garden and pool view 10 standard rooms (without outdoor patio).
  • Do you have connecting rooms?
    No, we have triple rooms, a quadruple room with a garden, and two apartments for families.
  • Do you provide a cradle for children?
    Yes, cradle for children from 0 to 3 years is available, on request and on payment.
  • Is breakfast included in the room rate?
    Yes, breakfast is always included!
  • How far is the town center?
    5 minutes walk, and it is Sarnico.
  • Do you have parking space?
    Yes, private, covered and free for all our guests.
  • Do you have a bike rental?
    We have 4 mountain bikes available in the hotel, on request and on payment. We cooperate with bike rentals in the surroundings, which will deliver you bikes directly to the hotel.
  • Do you have a transfer service to / from the airport?
    Yes, we have a private car for all transfers
  • Can you recommend some activities in the area?
    More than one! Our territory is a precious revelation, all year long, and we can’ t wait to let you discover it! Hiking, cycling routes, shopping, art / culture and nature, few miles from us you can find everything!
  • Can you recommend a visit to some Franciacorta wine cellar?
    We have agreements with the best wineries of Franciacorta, a few km from us, and we offer packages with transfer, cellar’s visit and tasting included.
  • How do I reach Monte Isola from Hotel Ulivi?
    Very easy! A few minutes walking from us there is the Sarnico Pier, where you can get the ferry to Monte Isola. Ferry schedules is according to the season. It will be a pleasure for us sending you schedule time before your arrival! You can board your bike on the ferry, if you wish. Or rent a bike directly at Monte Isola.
  • Is there any ferry excursions on Lake Iseo?
    From the Sarnico Pier, in high season, there are ferry excursions, which stops in Monte Isola and Lovere, passing through the two beautiful small islands of San Paolo and Loreto.
  • Do you have discounts for boat rentals?
    Of course, first boat rental is just a few minutes walk from us! Our reception, together with Nautica Bertelli, will be glad to help you in choosing the best boat for you, with the best discounted rate.
  • Do I have any discounts if I book the hotel directly?
    Of course, booking made through our website, by phone or by email gives us a direct contact with our guests, with more flexibility on cancellation policies and no intermediary costs.
  • Are you open all year?
    We are always open, we close only one week in December, for Christmas time, and the first week of January.
  • Do you have special rates for business travellers?
    Our business companies has special discounts and benefits all year long, including in high season.
  • Check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is possible from 2 pm, check-out within 11 am
  • Is it possible to stay in the pool after the check-out time?
    You can ask it directly at the reception desk, if some places are still available you can enjoy our pool area beyond 11 am, with a small supplement.
